Most activity leaders would have no trouble accomplishing daily goals if they had no interruptions, no calls or emails to return, no meetings to attend, no MDS forms to complete, no new residents moving in and no one on staff calling out for the day. But since you do have all of the above – and have activities to lead as well – how do you develop a system for managing your time and your sanity? This course focuses on using your resources to their fullest. Those resources include Microsoft Outlook, Activity Connection, contingency plan, and your team.
The course includes a downloadable mp3 file which you can watch and listen to (or simply listen to), a comprehensive handout, and a pre- and post-test. Upon passing the post test, you will be sent a certificate awarding you 2 CEUs from NCCAP (for activity professionals).
